Please allow 24 - 48 hours for our team to package up your website and send it over.
You will receive an email from our team granting your ADMIN permission to your new website. The invitation to your new website will be sent to the email you used to purchase your website.

Not at all! Once you receive the link to your website, Squarespace will ask you some simple questions before you begin editing. Once you begin editing your template, Squarespace will also show you small prompts on how to your the platform.

All current templates are designed with Squarespace 7.1 unless specified otherwise.

No. Some templates might have a small amount of code to allow for custom features. All templates that contain code will come with instruction on how to customize for your needs.

YES! All templates are created to be customized. To add your own logos, fonts, and colours, please use the Site Style section when you are editing.
*Don’t forget to update the FAVICON!

YES! Once you have access to your template, you have the ability to add and delete pages.
If you accidentally delete a page, you can recover it by scrolling to the bottom of the side pages panel and click ‘Deleted Pages’ to recover.

Yes, you can transfer over some of your items from Wordpress. Here’s what you can move:
Domains: If you purchased domains from WordPress, you can transfer them to Squarespace. You can transfer multiple domains, whether they're currently parked or connected to an old website.
Website content: You can import some content from your WordPress site, depending on the type of content. It's not possible to import your last site’s layout, design, or fonts.

Yes, you can transfer over some of your items from Wix or Weebly. Here’s what you can move:
Domains: If you purchased domains from Weebly, Wix, or another provider, you can transfer them to Squarespace. You can transfer multiple domains, whether they're currently parked or connected to an old website.
Website content: You can potentially import products from your Weebly or Wix site by downloading them as a .csv. It's not possible to import your last site’s layout, design, fonts, or other content.

If you purchased a domain from a third-party provider (like GoDaddy, HostGator, Google, or 1&1) and want to keep it registered with them, you can connect it to your site by following Squarespace’s setup process. After completing these steps, your domain remains registered with the host that you purchased the domain from, but it connects to your Squarespace site.

To active your website, you will need to subscribe to a Squarespace plan. Unless stated, all of our templates require a Business plan or higher. If you’d like to learn more about the pricing plans, click here.

YES! If you template does not have a store section built in, you can easily add an e-commerce shop.
